All kinds of meat are cooked with patience, care and lots of love. The coals are lit very early in the morning and as soon as they 'settle', as we say in our terminology, the spits are put on. Roast chicken, sheep in oil, short ribs, milk lamb, cottage lamb, roast beef and many more are simmered until noon and we can welcome our guests. The same process is repeated in the afternoon. And somehow our beautiful daily routine is transformed into quality food. What meat can someone ask for and we don't have it? Lamb chops? Beef liver? Lamb chops? Pork steaks, milk steaks, veal steaks, stable steaks? OUR MEATS ARE ONLY FRESH! Our lambs, ewes, livers, chickens are Greek and for our calves we choose countries with great tradition such as Denmark, France or some premium meats like rib eye or picanha curing, Uruguay and Argentina.
