A unique educational experience, as you walk for a few meters along the picturesque cobbled streets with dry stone walls before reaching the unique organic black currant vineyard and walk among local varieties of organic herbs such as capers and thyme. Depending on the time of year, you can pick some and taste them. You will then head to the cave to learn all the stages of their production. The tour ends with a tasting of infused olive oil and a gift of a bottle of organic olive oil with herbs from our farm per visitor.
