In 2023 The Athenian House inaugurated The Evzon Bar, an hommage to cocktails inspired by local Greek distillery and celebrating the richness of Greek nature. All Signature Cocktails are prepared with exquisite Greek spirits, such as Mastiha, Ouzo, Tsipouro & Vinsanto. The cocktails’ list is complemented by an exclusive selection of aged rare spirits from around the world. The Athenian House also currently owns one of the largest vintage collections of Santorini wines, with rare bottles of assyrtiko, nychteri, aidani & mavrotragano from the most renown wineries on the island. For pre-dinner, sunset or late-night drinks.
