About
The Monastery of Agia Triada was built at the beginning of the 17th century by the brothers Ieremias and Lavrentios, who were descended from the Venetian-Cretan family of Jagaroli. Ever since, the monks have been respectfully looking after the vineyards and olive groves of the Monastery, producing renowned wines, balsamic vinegars and olive oil.
