White Pearl Cavalieri, a historic complex of canavas, restored in respect to the natural landscape and the original primitive architecture, narrates the story of a land of wines and vineyards. The estate hosts a distinguished variety of grapes known to the locals as ‘Cavalieros’. The complex boasts its domed ‘canavas’, the cave wineries that due to their structure create ideal humidity and temperature conditions for the grapes to mature and provide high-quality wine, and fascinates not only wine lovers but everyone who wishes to come in touch with the caldera’s wild nature and beauty. Today, the canavas have been renovated to six suites of bespoke layout carrying the marks of their historic legacy, complete with private heated pools and plunge pools. Above Bistro stands out with its sparkling infinity pool and pool bar offering magnificent Caldera and sunset views.
