Our, four-key (A' class) hotel, based in Village PLATY, Prefecture of Prespa, Region Florina's Greece, It is located in a beautiful place, with a view to a magnificent sight of Prespes with its 2 so-called lakes. It is situated, in the Village Platy, in the center of Prespes basin and is about 2 Km far from the Lakes, about 43 Km from the town Florina, about 50 Km from town of Kastoria and some 220 Km from Thessaloniki city Our hotel has: - The old building (as of 2000) "VillaPLATYthea" : With Apartments of about 70 m2 (two rooms, living room, WC and kitchenette, with or without fireplace, TV, Fridge, Electric stove etc), as well as Two-Bed Studios. - -·The new building "PRESPA WELLNESS RESORT" with traditional architecture: Apartments of about 36 m2 (all with fireplace, WC, TV, Kitchenette, Fridge etc). - Spa Wellness Gym Center (Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, hamam, gym etc). Also the hotel has, Dinning Room - Lobby Bar with fire place, Pool Bar, outdoor swimming pool (for Adults and for kids), Special Cooking Place with garden barbecue, roofed parking areas, outdoor Basketball & Volleyball court, conference center and a folklore museum.
