Amara Villas is a complex, consisting of 3 independent Villas, each one with its own private pool. Amara Villa III is perfectly situated for a car-free holiday, with a sandy beach just 100 meters away, complete with private sunbeds exclusively for our guests. All essential amenities are within easy walking distance, making daily needs effortless, while the beautiful area of Rethymno and its picturesque Old Town are just 3 km away. Amara Villa III is a three-story residence spanning 210 square meters, thoughtfully designed in a chic, minimalist holiday style. Every detail has been carefully curated with our guests comfort in mind, showcasing high-quality design and premium furnishings throughout. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 if necessary. Indoor Layout Ground Floor Reaching the ground floor, you will find yourselves in the living room area providing a sofa and armchairs, a 32" HDTV, as well as a pool view and direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining area with an island counter, wine cooler, sofa, and 49 HDTV, provides all necessary appliances and equipment for your self-catered vacation. Additionally, one more bedroom with an en-suite jacuzzi bathtub and a WC next to it, can also be found on this level. First Floor After ascending a few stairs, guests can find the third bedroom of the Villa, which offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool. Lower Floor On the lower level of the Villa, guests can find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and access to the pool terrace through a staircase. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with 32 HDTVs and king-size beds (1,80 X 2,00 m) with comfortable mattresses. The playroom with a 49" HDTV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4, a Bluetooth speaker, board games, and a sitting area with a sofa, will offer many pleasant moments to you and your family. The playroom offers access to the pool terrace through a staircase. Additionally, the sauna and gym with static bikes, weights, and two yoga mats will help you keep in shape during your holiday. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. Outdoor area The beautifully landscaped outdoor area and the pool terrace are fully fenced offering total privacy to our guests. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:? - 50 sq. m. private heated swimming pool (1,50 m. deep) featuring a special compartment for children (0,50 m. deep). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice.) - 3 comfortable double day beds and umbrellas - Shaded gazebo with outdoor living room next to the pool - Ping pong table is available - 2 bicycles are available upon request - Charcoal barbecue facilities - Shaded outdoor dining area - Parking space for 1 car outside the Villa INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA The Villa is located in Missiria area in Rethymno. Misiria is a consecutive suburb of Rethymnon. A long sandy beach stretches along the area, which is an extension of vast north coastline that starts near the harbour of Rethymno and extends to the east for 13km till Skaleta beach. It is very well organised, with a plethora of choices for food, drink and beach bars. Like in all parts of the long beachfront, loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) lay their eggs here. The turtles are threatened with extinction, but the Rethymno Gulf is one of the three most important places for the species in Greece, bearing annually more than 400 nests in average. The town of Rethymno also offers many sightseeing spots, such as the Fortezza fortress, the Venetian harbour, several mosques, the municipal garden and more. Furthermore, several picturesque villages are within close proximity ideal for walks around the area.
