This distinctive property takes full advantage of its premium location, as it is settled in the heart of Rethymno, just 10 minutes walking distance to Rethymno old town and featuring ample private outdoor settings. Ensconced within 200m2 outdoor living, a private pool and children’s pool, a covered alfresco dining table with BBQ (Gas) and set directly in front of the beach, the villa has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Dip your toes in the crystal sea waters or alternative in the 20m2 private pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The iconic home features also an outdoor shower, sun-beds & umbrellas and children’s pool. The property is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants & shops. Outdoor Living | An impeccable outdoor living space, wit direct beach access has been designed for large group gatherings and ultimate privacy in mind • 20sqm Private Pool • Premium Sun-Beds & Umbrellas • Covered Dinning Area with BBQ ( Gas) • Children’s Pool • Free Sun-beds & Umbrellas at the beach for the guest to use Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50€/day -Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 26 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. The leading style throughout the 6 iconic suites combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. Each one of the suites feature an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette, balcony and smart tv. The ground level suite also features a larger kitchen with a dinning table and a panoramic window with gorgeous sea views which leads to the terrace, pool and beach. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in real beds and if needed there are two comfortable sofa beds, where two more guests can be accommodated.
