Bonus: All our guests will be treated to a free meal in a tavern in the beautiful area of Argiroupoli, to the family taverna that belongs to the owners of Eumelia villa. Food delivery can also be arranged upon request. External Living | Private Pool & BBQ The wonderful holiday home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a heated Spa Whirlpool (with extra fee). Guests can lounge to their loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (charcoal) are available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of adventure. Comfy lounge areas are also available outdoors, in order to enjoy your coffee and drinks by the pool. Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: - Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50€/day - Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms This captivating ground floor Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 120m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & two bathrooms (one shared & one en-suite), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated - one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request at one of the bedrooms and one in the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 8 guests. Additionally, right next to Eumelia Villa, another Villa is located, each of them with its own private pool and separate facilities.
