HASIKA BITES OF GREEK CUISINE (greek meze dishes similar with tapas restaurant). We accept reservations up to six (6) persons. The name’s idea starts with the thought that after many years of working in several restaurants, we wanted to share with you our own philosophy. So, we created a small, cozy place, in which we could make great use of raw materials, that the Greek terroir lavishly gives to us. The vision is clear, bites from all over the Greece… from Alexandroupolis to Gaudos, from Dodecanese to Ionian islands! Indeed, we choose products from local producers- rare to find, wine from indigenous greek varieties, distillations, vegetables, meat, dairy products and dozens of other goods that will travel you from side to side of our country! As for the word ‘Hasika’ which is the chef’s and owner’s last name, it comes from Asian Minor slang and means good quality, finest, pure, uncontaminated, white.
