Teacher's Cottage is a fully equipped 130 square meter house located in a beautiful area of rural Rethymno, on the outskirts of Agia Triada village. It boasts all modern facilities, a private swimming pool, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Through an impressive garden, you'll reach the house, which features three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and three bathrooms (two of them are en-suite to the bedrooms). One of the bathrooms is designed for wheelchair users. On the ground floor, there's a living area with a dining table, a fireplace, a sofa, satellite TV, and an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with a balcony. All areas are air-conditioned and fully covered by WiFi internet connection. From the ground-level rooms, the outdoor areas are accessible via stairs and ramps, which have been specially installed for individuals with mobility impairments. In the outdoor space, there's a 35 square meter private swimming pool with surrounding furniture and BBQ facilities. The villa is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The area is tranquil and rural, just 1 kilometer from a traditional tavern, 4 kilometers from the beach and the resort of Platanes, and 11 kilometers from Rethymno town with its numerous tourist attractions.
