About

Our cuisine is based on old recipes from Asia Minor, like grandma and mom were cooking. We change them creatively to be compatible with modern culinary terms and rules of hygiene and nutrition. We select the best raw Samian products, olive oil and fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, to create authentic and handmade tastes. We cook with good mood because, for us, our clients are friends. We wait you during spring and summertime in our charming flowery garden and in fall and wintertime in our cosy and warm MARINA restaurant for traditional Samian cuisine and a host of exquisite delicacies.
