Solid is our favourite place for a number of things when in Samos town, starting from breakfast. The place marries old warehouse elements with industrial features and luxurious touches. It is located a few metres from the water front, steps away from the town library. At this modern, all day bar, you will learn and try specialty coffees from all over the world (we love the cold brew), experience high gastronomy standards, unique rum blends and aging combinations, signature cocktails with tee foams!!! and many more. The brother and sister team of Panagiotis and Aggeliki complement each other very well, creating a unique, all day bar, with great ambience. Panagiotis is a passionate mixologist, aiming to make a difference. He makes his own rum label, something all rum lovers should try, his own mixes and many of his cocktails are unique. Aggeliki is the creative flair in the brunch and sweets. In her menu you can find fresh made chocolate pancakes!
