Daisuke Café & Beans is a specialty cafe named after Daisuke Tanaka, a Japanese coffee master whom we consider our mentor in our quest to find the best coffees of Central-America. Currently we offer 11 varieties from five farmers (from El Salvador and Nicaragua) with who we have a close friendship and direct trade partnership.
