The restaurant is located on the top of the Somlyó hill, the impressive panorama charms everyone! Besides the view, you can enjoy the local cuisine. Our chef, Ádám Sarlós is one of the most authentic chefs in Hungarian cuisine.On the menu there are typical Hungarian tastes, such as chicken paprika, crispy roasted goose leg, pike-perch from the Lake Balaton or marinaded neck of Mangalica pork.Besides all, the restaurant is a historical place: this is where the fröccs (wine-soda water spritzer) was born on 5th October, 1842. You can order several types of spritzer by us!On the other hand the famous Somlói galuska which is one of the most famous creations of Hungarian confectionery was named after the Somlyó hill where the restaurant is located.
