Sambabus sightseeing

My name is Imre Kopasz. I work as a guide and am the owner of the Samba bus. My family and I (as well as many others) love old VW Bulli’s, so a couple of us decided to share our passion with others by offering private sightseeing tours in the VW T1 Samba bus. “Sambi” was born in late 1962, while her original “young heart” originates from Mexico and is 20 years younger. I started working on her from 2001 to make her sparkle with her original charm, which was completed in 2005. We organize sightseeing in Budapest, Szentendre, Gödöllő and wine tasting tour in Etyek. You can find more informations on the website.We use the van from March until November.Guiding will be cancelled in storm (raining, snowing).The capacity of the van with the driver is a maximum of 6-7 persons. The bus does not have air conditioning, but the roof of the van can be opened in the summer. The maximum speed of the van is 80-90/h. There are no seat belts built in the van, this is acceptable under Hungarian law.
