About
The story of my first hummus plate. After an entire career as a filmmaker, travelling to more than 18 countries, creating stories, I have changed paths to create food, made with love to share with you. My passion for food began when I started creating my own recipes, crafted with secret ingredients in my private, home test-kitchen. I continued working on my creations, bringing together the flavours of 11 Mediterranean country. As I shared my creations with my family and friends, I could not believe the joy that it brought to them. Now I share that same joy with you. Nothing brings people together like good food.
