Baccala Bar is a fish restaurant situated in Hauganes, in the heart of Eyjafjordur bay where delicious dishes are served with focus on, you guessed it, fish! In the Ektafiskur Tour groups are shown the production facility of Ektafiskur where salted cod has been prepared by hand by the family since 1940. Included is the famous Hauganes schnapps and a taste of delicious fermented shark (and membership to The Rotten Shark Club of Hauganes in the process).
