On a beautiful farm we will be preparing, cooking and eating traditional Icelandic blood pudding and liver sausage, tasting Icelandic food (shark, flatbread, rye bread, dried fish amongst other things) and meeting Icelandic farm animals. The sausages are made with sheep's blood and sheep's fat amongst other things.You will mix the ingredients together, pour it into a bag and sew it shut.
