Meet the Natives! Language, culture, history, food and fun! Three hours of entertainment a good refreshment for mind and body! Learn about the Icelandic language, the Alphabet and phrases and get to know more about about Iceland, history, culture, food-culture and taste of the best traditional Icelandic dishes and excellent herbal tea from the nature of Iceland. The day-session We end in our hall with an excellent view over the see - with a buffet of cakes and bread, where you can taste the most common and the most traditional afternoon meal in Iceland. You will get stories and talk about the history of cakes and bread in Iceland and you can make your own Icelandic pancakes using 40, 60 or 80 years old pancake-pans. Evening session In the end you relax and enjoy the excellent view and eat our very good Icelandic lamb-soup and drink Icelandic beer. Then you get warm Icelandic pancakes with homemade Icelandic jam and cream and the opportunity to make your own, using a 40, 60 or 80 years old pancake-pan.
