Bia’s classic style fuses the mouth-watering taste of quality local produce, West cork meats and local seafood. All dishes are inspired by the exceptional French flair of our Head Chef, Gilles Eynaud. Good cooking starts with good produce and when you have the richness of the West Cork larder to choose from there’s an opportunity to really excel. We work with suppliers who are passionate about their Irish produce, which gives our menu a unique strength and depth. Furthermore, what you see on a plate in Bia is an expression of many artisans, local landscapes and the talent of hardworking local fishermen.
