For four generations and over 10 decades, the O'Flynn have been feeding the people of Cork and further using old family recipes that have been passed down through generations while blended with international influences. After creating many sausage recipes, the O’Flynn family now have over 50 different sausage flavours to their name. Their passionate team blend all their own unique sausage seasoning in their Spice Room just ten minutes from Cork city centre where they think, talk and share their love of making what they like to call ‘Proper Sausages’
