About
Oliveto is an Italian inspired neighbourhood restaurant that is honest, seasonal and quality focused. Our love of Italian cooking informs what we do but we also like to have fun with it, creating new dishes that sometimes break the rules. Our kitchen is headed up by Barry O’Neill who has won two Michelin Bibs as part of the culinary teams in Bastible and Clanbrassil House. What we cook Antipasto, homemade pasta, chargrilled meats, incredible fish and artisan pizza…all prepared fresh each day across our two kitchens. We strive to use local, seasonal ingredients (where possible) mixed with the best Italian produce direct from the Milan market. Reservations are advised but we do our utmost to accommodate walk-ins as best we can.
