The Rocket's brand sets out to satisfy the dynamic lifestyles of today's millennials. As of 2018, Rocket's has grown to five restaurants in different neighbourhoods across Dublin; IFSC, Dun Laoghaire, Stephen's Green, Jervis Street and Baggot Street. Rocket's is a brand with an urban edge that leverages shareable experiences by giving hospitality a touch of cosmopolitan appeal. Rocket's has a distinctive food philosophy that focuses on hand-pressed hamburgers, crinkle-cut fries, hand-dipped milkshakes and buttermilk chicken; made fresh to order in open-view kitchens. Hamburgers are prepared and cooked from scratch using only specific cuts of fresh Irish beef coming from Bord Bia certified farms who are committed to animal welfare, sustainable farming and traceability. Rocket's sources its ingredients from local and regional Irish producers wherever possible to support Irish jobs and produce. The design aesthetic for each restaurant forms an essential part of Rocket's brand experience.
