About

Our food menu (see menus below) showcases some top quality local produce including Burren lamb and meats; local seafood for our fabulous Chowders and Fish ‘n Chips, and top quality smoked salmons from our neighbours in the now world-famous Burren Smokehouse. We also incorporate local cheeses in our dishes, most notably the St. Tola Goats Cheese from the Garvey family in Inagh just a few short kilometres away from us. We have a huge range of premium Irish whiskeys and a selection of craft beers, including O’Hara’s IPA, Connemara Gold from the Independent Brewery in Connemara and of Foxcatcher Red Ale from the local ‘Western Herd Brewery’ in Kilmaley, Co. Clare. Of course, we also have the usual selection of national and international draft beers also to include Guinness, Hop House 13 and Peroni.
