Enjoy our hand-made Pork Sausage Rolls from Ryans Farm in Ballinlough, our free-range, 100% organic hen eggs from Sandhill Farm, Kilcogy. Our sourdough bread is supplied by Baska Bakery, located in the heart of the Boyne Valley, who specialise in 100% organic, naturally slow-fermented sourdough bread, free from industrial additives or chemicals. Baska Bakery is a member of Real Bread Ireland and specialise in producing naturally leavened sourdough bread, using only 3 ingredients – flour, water & salt. Savour Ms Mackey's Home Baked Scones, Thelma's Caramel Slices, and Aine Goldrick's mouth-watering cookies and cupcakes. We use Badger & Dodo, a Cork-based Irish Specialty Coffee roaster, who directly sources coffee from farmers in Brazil & Colombia, benefiting both the growers and the Irish economy. All meats are 100% Irish & Bord Bia Approved, ensuring a delightful taste of Ireland in every dish.
