At The Brasserie our ethos is to provide wonderful food, quality wines, select craft beers, classic cocktails and great service in a warm and friendly atmosphere. What makes us special? There is our acclaimed Head Chef Cormac Vesey's cooking of course! He has a diverse style and is known for his inventive take on classic dishes, ever-changing menus and mouth-watering focus on flavour. Taking quality ingredients, to create dishes with great attention to detail that are full of flavour while being mindful not to over complicate the ingredients on the plate, letting the food & his unique cookery style speak for itself. His cooking can be described as Classical French with a modern Irish Twist. Flavours will change seasonally, hearty & rich in Winter, Summer dishes will see a lighter touch.
