There are few places in the world where you can experience fine-dining in the middle of a 25,000 acre national park. The Yew Tree Restaurant is set in the luxurious surroundings of the hotel’s original Victorian lounge. Counting 2 AA Rosettes among its awards, we are also listed in the prestigious McKenna Guide and Georgina Campbell guide. From hand-picked prime Munster beef, to freshly-landed seasonal Atlantic seafood, the elements of every dish are crafted to bring out the unique flavours of Ireland. Yew Tree is open for reservations from Tuesday-Saturday from 6.00pm-9.00pm last orders. Pre booking is essential. Please note that the Dress Code is Smart Casual. (We kindly request that gents observe a minimum dress code of jeans or chinos, buttoned shirts and appropriate footwear. No jackets are required.)
