La Villa Parrilla brings together the absolute best elements of barbecue, the smoke house and rotisserie to create a theatrical dining experience hitherto unseen on the Island. Utilising a custom built Argentinian style flame grill and an in-house purpose-built smoker, the aromas and tastes are nothing less than spectacular. Booking is advised but walkin's are accepted. Inside the restaurant sits Hemingway's cocktail bar, serving classing and original cocktails along with beers, wines and some really good premium spirits, with no booking required to visit the bar. If you are to see a show at the Villa, Gaiety or at the Cinema then our smaller show menu will make sure you dont miss the opening act! As well as being able to join us afterwards in the bar. Our experienced team will make your visit an enjoyable one where good service is guaranteed.
