The Villa Margherita Restaurant continues and extends the success of "La Casetta" with its traditional cuisine inspired to the most genuine Ligurian and Piedmont's traditions. All the dishes are home made, from the bread, to fresh pasta, to desserts and ice cream, in line with the so called "kilometre zero" principle for what concerns the supplies. The meats and vegetables we use are procured within a short radius from our hotel (most vegetables come directly from our garden) with a view of providing our guests with an agriturismo-like experience, without the disadvantages of the agriturismo. Even the water is sourced locally (Passo Faiallo, 1000m a.S.L.) And served to your table, still or sparkling, free of charge. It originates from the condensation of sea water into clouds over the Apennine then collected into rocky reservoirs absolutely free from calcareous sediments, thus giving our water a rather acidic pH, low electrical conductivity (about 0.08 mS/cm) and excellent digestibility.
