The Bosco delle Galline Volanti (the forest of flying hens) is a restaurant, an ice-cream shop, but it is also a farm, a little food forest, a vegetable garden, and a farms-market, it is a place to experiment and feel at home! The dishes are prepared by us strictly with the vegetables of our synergistic garden, and with the products of local farms of the network of which we are part "the right factors". We are an experimental farm that cultivates using agronomic techniques such as synergistic and regenerative agriculture. Our daily commitment is to combine the satisfaction of our customers for a successful dish, a good glass of wine, a sincere smile at a moment of discovery through an event, a course, a sensorial tasting.
