Sirignano Wine Resort has its own restaurant, which is open to the public. Our kitchen features traditional recipes with a modern finish. Our restaurant can accomodate up to 110 guests; the furniture style is an elegant country and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It is an ideal location for celebrations and events. In the past we have hosted the receptions for weddings, batisims, birthday parties, family reunions, anniversaries, first communions, confirmations, etc. In our dishes you will find the rich history of Sicilian gastronomy: from Arabian influences to other important dominations such as Norman and Spanish. In our dishes we use our organic products (like wine and olive oil), but also delicious preparations by our local providers of salted pork meat, cheese, bread, fresh meat, marmalade, all genuine, all Km 0. Food and Wine are elements fundamental in Italian culture which rich tradition is the mirror of the numerous aspects that influenced our history, economy and society in every region of the country.
