Cantina di casorzo a perfectly-balanced synthesis of tradition, terroir and modern technologies with 45 members who grant all their grapes to produce a wide range of quality wines. Moreover, the cellar embodies the social change that has affected the Monferrato region as it exists thanks to the fatigue and tenacity of the founding members and testifies the enormous evolution which has taken place in wine production technologies in recent years. Cantina di Casorzo takes advantage from 200 vineyards with the best denominations of origin(DOC): (30%) Malvasia (40%) Barbera – (15%) Grignolino e il resto vitato a Freisa, Dolcetto, Bonarda, Cortese e Chardonnay. The Cellar also claims the sale of Moscato and Barbera Gappa obtained from granted grapes pomace.
