Off the main road and along a country track this modernised farmhouse is perfect for those with their own transport. The nearest village (Felizzano) is 3km away with local bus and train station with direct services to Turin and Alessandria. Vignale with it's dance festival is 20 minutes to the north. We are 15 minutes drive from the Alessandria motorail terminus. The house is 3 minutes drive from the Felizzano exit of the A21 motorway between Turin and Piacenza and convenient the A26 and A7. It is a quiet location with lovely grounds and plenty of country walks away from main roads. Just off the wine route it has easy access to several well known restaurants and the beautiful views of the undeveloped Monferrato hills. Continential breakfast is included but Full English breakfast, lunch or dinner can be arranged if required.
