In this place we propose simple dishes from our traditional Piedmontese made of history, culture, family memories and so much love for this land. This' that characterizes our territory, yet rustic and somewhere unspoiled, its products are so varied that every night we could offer a different dish. In these years, now more than ever, it is investing heavily in the protection of this region, both in landscape and at Gourmet. There ''s will more and more' strong stand, of their own labor, also undergoing strict disciplinary rules and modus operandi are far from the logic of the conventional market. The Rooster, as a user of these raw materials, firmly believes that the use of products of origin are the key to making a good dish.
