Our B&B is located in a newly built detached villa with a large garden and parking spaces , in a green setting at the edge of the Conero Park, 5 minutes driving away from the center of Ancona and 10 from Portonovo and Mezzavalle's beaches. 300 meters away there is the village of Pietralacroce , with the bus stop for the city center, and all the facilities (pharmacy, post office , bank, supermarket, bar, delicatessen , etc. ) . The first room is a large studio flat into two areas : one part is equipped with a kitchen and the other part is a living room and bedroom. the second room is a single or double beds room. Facilities include: TV, air conditioning, WiFi, fireplace, bathroom with a shower , separate entrance. Guests have access to all the shared external areas (porch , barbecue, garden). The garden is also home of Agra and Blondie, two medium-size dogs, and two cats . Small pets are allowed . Arrival and departure times are from 16 to 23 for the arrival, departure si before 12, unless otherwise agreed.
