Wine Not is a new city venue but first and foremost it’s a project on and relating to wine. A place where you can get to know the oenological side of this region, and where the food offered is chosen and prepared to exalt the wines being tasted. A place where you can start by choosing the wine and then decide on the right dish or appetiser to go with it. We hoped to bring the different subtleties of wine to everyone.
