The holiday's house Il Giardino Di St. Agostino is an independent typical house on three floors of about 95 sqm in the historical center, 2 minites walking from the main square (Piazza della Repubblica) and on the first characteristic alley of Cortona, full of flowers and history.The house is composed by:- sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 with double king size bed and 1 with twin beds that can be joined into a double bed) and where we can add another single bed, - living room with two armchairs and a large sofa bed (for 2 persons), TV, DVD Player and stereo with CD player, - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven,- big bathroom with shower, - laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.The holiday's house Il Giardino Di St. Agostino is unique because the top floor has a spacious terrace overlooking the Valdichiana Valley where you can sunbathe, have breakfast in the shade of the gazebo or simply enjoy the look of the typical colors of the Tuscan countryside from the Lake Trasimeno up to Mount Amiata.On the first floor there is also a little private garden with table and chairs for lunch after a nice barbecue and relax on the rocking chair behind the fresh rose garden.
