The flat is located on the second floor and has an independent entrance. It is made up of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet room, a shower room, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry. A third bed is available in the living room. There's a big garden, too: if you like you can relax in it or use the barbecue. There is a spacious free parking at only a few steps from the house. The flat belongs to a typical ancient country house in the small village of Cincelli, nearby Arezzo, where the Arno river is crossed over by a Romanesque bridge of the 12th century (some argue that it might have inspired Leonardo while painting the "Monnalisa"). Cincelli represents an example of perfectly-preserved countryside village, with its beautiful church and old houses, some of which date back to the 15th century. In the past it was very important during the Roman Empire for its pottery sent all over the word. Only few kilometers of the so-called "Wine-road" lead to the Medieval city of Arezzo, however Cincelli is a good starting point to visit Florence, Siena, Pisa, Perugia, Assisi, the Casentino valley, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and many other charming towns both in Tuscany and in Umbria. The city of Arezzo can be reached by bus, however it's more convenient to travel by car in order to explore the countryside of Tuscany. To Reach Our House If you come from the airport of Rome take the A1 motorway and exit at "Arezzo". Follow the direction Bibbiena, at the roundabout, turn on the left to Castiglion Fibocchi. Arrived at "Ponte Buriano" cross the old bridge on the River Arno. At this point don't follow the direction Castiglion Fibocchi anymore but go straight on to "Pieve San Giovanni" after a little while you'll see Cincelli road sign. Go uphill road at the end of it turn on the right: there's a curtyard, the house is in front, at number 22 ring the bell "Ivana Ducci". Coming from Pisa airport or Florence, if you wish going for a shorter road you can exit at "Valdarno" and then proceed to Castiglion Fibocchi, Ponte Buriano,Cincelli....
