Located just 1 km from the tranquil village of Riola Sardo and a short 10‑km drive from the bustling town of Oristano, the estate sits amidst ancient olive groves and terraced fields that grow the very ingredients used in its celebrated cuisine. The farm’s menu is a tribute to Sardinian traditions, featuring hand‑made pasta such as malloreddus and fregola, hearty meat and seafood dishes like the famed mirto‑spiced pork or fresh catch of the day, and a selection of regional cheeses and desserts. In summer evenings the manor’s star‑lit dining room opens to the quiet countryside, while a larger, climate‑controlled hall can accommodate up to 120 guests for special occasions. Guests can stay in six rustic rooms ranging from twin to family‑sized, each equipped with a private bathroom, free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, fridge and, in many rooms, a traditional Sardinian hearth.
