Altamarea
About
Altamarea welcomes you to the charming coastal town of S’Archittu on Sardinia’s western coast. The restaurant boasts an indoor, air‑conditioned dining room that comfortably seats 80 guests and an open‑air terrace that welcomes an additional 80 guests, providing panoramic sea views and a perfect setting for families and couples alike. The menu celebrates local Sardinian flavors with fresh seafood, rustic pizzas and a selection of local cheeses and quality wines. The staff is multilingual—speaking English, German, Spanish, and French—ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for international visitors. Guests are not required to make reservations; the restaurant takes walk‑ins, and for the summer season an extra landing stage is erected on the beach to accommodate the influx of tourists. From March until November, Altamarea offers two daily dining windows: a midday service from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm and an evening service from 7:30 pm until midnight, with the bar open from noon until midnight. This schedule, combined with the scenic sunsets over the Mediterranean, makes Altamarea a memorable dining stop for food lovers and beachgoers alike.
