Thanks to our long-standing experience in fine dining, we primarily seek to make our guests savor genuine high-quality fish products and other delicacies. Our first-choice raw materials and our method of food processing make quality and naturalness the protagonists of our dishes.Based on traditional Venetian cuisine, our courses are always combined with wines selected from the best local cellars – for example Jerman, Traverso, Ca’ del Bosco, Le Colture, Colesel, etc. We offer home-made-only desserts, like lemon ice-cream, which is the fundamental ingredient of our renowned sorbet.Every Friday take-away service is available upon order at lunch time, when you may request mixed fried seafood and other seasonal dishes.
