The farm is situated in a beautiful hilly area close to Bologna, on the Samoggia river. The farm produces organic wine from its own grapeyards: Pignoletto, Sauvignon, Riesling, Barbera & Cabernet. The whole production is made in total respect of the environment by following the organic methods. The farmer guests are welcome in a fireplace hall and a wide veranda from where they can enjoy the quiet valley of the Samoggia river while tasting some of the typical bolognese cooking, prepared with our own products and other very typical products of the area. We have also vegetarian and gluten free menus. It is possible to sleep in one of the old age furnished rooms. Moreover, a wide living room built in an old stable, is completely set for meetings, lectures and other little events. Besides the white and red wines, Fattoria Quercia also produces his own meat and eggs. It is also possible to order some typical homemade cakes or sweeties. We also have a panoramic swimmingpool.
