About
La Pizacra was founded in 1920 as a tavern for hunters and then became a restaurant in the 60s thanks to the legendary Alfonsina. We wanted to revive some of the ancient recipes that made this symbolic place in the Idice valley. Our sfogline and our cook prepares fresh pasta with rolling pin, meat sauce and broth according to tradition to ensure genuine and always fresh dishes.
