More than 450 labels of natural, organic and biodynamic wines, of local, national and international origin, 60 of which are Champagne, await you in the heart of Bologna. The wines are the perfect accompaniment for a great variety of culinary products, wholesome foods and special tastes. A careful selection of raw materials, craftsmanship and authenticity are the elements that make up our cured meats, both national and international cheeses, as well as some traditional Bolognese dishes.
