Welcome from Chef Dennis! We'll make pasta in a real Bolognese house in the very center of Bologna, the heart of the Italian Food Valley, with the same Love and Fresh ingredients our Italian mum would do for us on a Sunday Morning. I Promise it to you as I did to all the 1050+ happy people who took the class (more info, pics and contact on IG @PastaRisottoBologna :) ) I started teaching in 2008 to Erasmus as volunteer, one of the best experience of my life. That's why, after a long time working in different Farmhouses, Restaurants, Hotels and for Weddings, I'm back to teach! I wish to tell the secrets of pasta to everyone who wants to improve his/her life in the deepest and full of love way: Cooking & Eating! We will prepare everything we want to eat. No pre made sauce - nothing already done. Everything is made by your hands and taste! In this cooking class you'lI learn how to make filled and traditional pasta: tortelloni, tortellini, ravioli, agnolotti, tagliatelle and garganelli
