From 1980 Il Tartufo Trattoria is an historic restaurant in the center of Bologn,a family-run for almost 40 years. A warm and welcoming environment surrounds typical Bolognese and Umbrian specialties. Created by Mamma Dora, her husband Emilio and her son Elio Virgili, a family group with really different experiences. The parents, with exclusively home-like origins "umbro spoletino" and the son, with experience of the most prestigious restaurants in Europe. From this comes an optimal union between the homemade kitchen and the most refined one. Today are Mrs. Lina Virgili and her sons Riccardo and Alessandro to carry on the family tradition.
