To find out a little 'history of Bologna just make a pass at Piron oven via Nosadella, presumed heir of the antihero protagonist of a popular folk song petroniana who narrates the exploits. Piron is a character, a real caricature, created by the inventiveness of the late nineteenth century Carlo Musi, which tells in the song the story of this riotous baker. Since 1967, the management of Luciano Bai and now the daughter Angela is always attentive and involved with current events with themed displays; during the national feast of the bread baker's creativity goes even out of the shop and across the porch is set up with fanciful sculptures of bread and cakes. Simply take a look in the window and the chocolate department to be encouraged to bring home a taste of tradition. We have news of the bakery since 1883. Today the store is credited as Bottega Storica of the Province of Bologna.
