Our philosophy: dinner time shouldn't just be a lovely gastronomic adventure, at Gastarea our guests are supposed to live a real new food experience. We will lead you to discover local sublime raw ingredients and innovative cooking techniques. Every single day, from just an idea or a cooking technique and using local uniqueness, we try to make new special delights to let our guest experience some memorable moments. This mystical food experience is favoured by the wonderful Anusca Palace Hotel location: a real oasis where to combine health and relaxation with a “gourmet” dinner. In fine weather, it is possible to set up events and aperitifs for groups and companies or even just have a romantic dinner by the pool facing our beautiful olive garden.
