The restaurant of the Hotel Goldknopf is located at 2,080 m directly in the Alpe di Siusi Nature Park. With its magnificent location in the mountains and its great view, it is the perfect place to be enchanted by breathtaking nature and culinary delights. Here, two culinary arts come together: rural South Tyrolean dishes are interpreted in a modern way and flavoured with Mediterranean sophistication and mountain herbs. The cuisine is characterised by natural, local and seasonal products from the fields and forests. Alpe di Siusi offers the best ingredients for a delicious meal: alpine cheese, fresh mountain herbs, edible meadow flowers and fragrant mushrooms as well as chanterelles. The host Patrick and his team take care of the culinary delights: every dumpling, every “Schlutzkrapfen” and every cake is homemade. The sommeliers are happy to advise and have a selection of fine wines ready.
